Cookpad: find & share recipes App Reviews

App has been fixed; Ive used it for 2 days in a row. I was getting worried not having recipes for NYE - thank you for fast response!

I love this app. I had tried dozen of recipes in here and have many into my regular menu. I recommend this to all my friends.

Low resolution, blurry, jumbo keyboard

Good interface and user-friendly. Great app to add a social aspect to recipes. Would like to see an option to use both weight measurements and cup measurements in the same recipe.

Is there a reason Cookpad has been continuously rebranded as Allthecooks in North America, only to switch back and then change to Allthecooks again? Ive tried out both the Allthecooks and Cookpad apps in English and there seems to be minimal differences. Albeit the Cookpad app actually sorts the English translations of the Japanese recipes into categories whereas the Allthecooks app just shoves them under the profile "Cookpad.Japan". Biggest pet peeve of mine.

I have 100s of recipes stored in the favourites and the majority of them no longer contain the list of ingredients. Please fix.

I was actually happy with the tool, but after all the work of adding step-by-step for my first recipe (with pictures and detailed text) and publishing it, someone wrote me saying that non-English recipes were not allowed, and that my recipe was changed to draft. I was trying to add recipes in Portuguese.

Absolute garbage compared to what this app once was!

I used to love All The Cooks but Cookpad is so confusing. Recipes no longer appear on the home page like most other cooking apps. You have to search recipes in order to find what you want. I can go to Google for that. What a terrible change for foodies everywhere.

Good job ruining a great app. There is no reason you need my Facebook account or email address to use this app. You are just data mining. Nice job jerks. Deleting this app immediately.

Not happy with new app! I too miss being able to browse! Renatopet must be new user! Hopefully all the bad reviews will make it change back!

Writing this review then deleting this app. Used it for years and with the latest update you systematically eliminated the best features. From a 5 star App to 1...and the 1 star is only so I could submit this review. Obviously the development and support team is going for a different demographic. Good luck on this new strategy.... Looks like phase 1, weaning out the old users, is going well.

I just deleted the app. I was a huge fan of all the cooks for years, switching weekly between the use of it and yumly. It was cool seeing recipes that were a little different, easy, creative, shared by other home cooks, with funny recipe names. Often inspired by the rando recipes people posted, I used to love browsing suggestions from the app. The new changes are confusing, uninspiring, and not user friendly. No Bueno. Im shopping in the App Store for a replacement.

Im very disappointed with this update. No more ingredient to serving size ratio calculator. That feature was one of the best parts about this app. Ill be deleting and searching for an app to help fit my needs.
