Very useful app, recipes around the world!

The app changed a lot. I’m not a fan of it. I still try to engage but I’ve lost interest to be honest. I remember seeing that we had to pay for something and it wasn’t worth it so I slowly moved away from it. Still a nice app just not for me.

Cookpad is amazing! It is basically the recipe sharing platform that I’ve been wanting to write for years, they just beat me to it! The Premium option is nice, but the system works beautifully even if you’re on the free tier. Kudos to Cookpad for that! My favorite part of the platform is how no nonsense it is. There’s not a lot of fluff on the recipe cards, just the goods. They don’t make you read a rambling anecdote about someone’s grandmother before they tell you what to set the oven at. So refreshing! Sharing recipes to non-Cookpad users is also EZPZ; it shows them a web version of the recipe and doesn’t force them to download the app!

When I tried to open the chat, the app crashes right away??? Please, help us, it is my favorite app :-) شكراً على تعديل التطبيق، كدا اسهل كتير. رجاءاً حاولوا الاصرار على الوصفات الاكثر تفاصيل. تحياتي 💖💖💖 I am directing my message to the developers of the app: This app as always is my favorite ever, I am visually impaired using voice over in an iPhone or Apple devices in general; I can't use the app since three years ago tried to text you, send you messages, email you i'm sorry to say I received nothing; The recipes now after the reasons 10 updates at least you will find in your records my messages the app starts to do something weird: it's jumps up and down under my fingers it doesn't go like voiceover other apps work, I even couldn't get the heart to remove myself from the prescription which I pay for because I really love this app, Before it was fine so just try to find solution to this particular problem, sorry for the three stars but I can't do otherwise, I wanted to be the best as it used to be, notice when I stop the voice over the app works fine! Please please please help us Visually impaired and blind people to find our way in your app like we did before. I pray that my notice will draw your attention now, Still love your app still is my favorite :-) Looking forward to an update to put this up right that we can navigate Voice the way we used to, try it on voiceover you will know what I mean. Best regards, I am a voice over, I love Cook pad so much and I used to benefit from it to the extreme point. As I am visually impaired and I'm using voice reader for my screen The Cook pad jump so much where I cannot find whatever I am looking for or what even I am reading. Please developer please please please turn on VoiceOver on an iPhone and try to see how the app jumps badly images mixed up goes up goes down by itself. I'm so sorry I really want to come back and use the app as I used to take into consideration I am a premium since several years and I didn't find it into my heart to change or to cancel my subscription. Thank you so much

I love how user friendly this app is, you can search an ingredient and it’ll find recipes using that ingredient. There are no ads which is a plus for me, gets straight to the recipe and sometimes there are photos to go along with it! Easy to use for any age group!

I use CookPad every Saturday to plan meals for the next week.

I’ve known about Cookpad since 2018. I’ve been living in the U.S. since 2014, and it was my first time living on my own, no longer with my parents. Whenever I wanted to cook something like a stew, I didn’t know how to make it, so I would search for the recipe on Google. A Cookpad link would always come up, and there I would find the recipe explained in detail, with all the ingredients, measurements, cooking times, and well-explained steps! That’s how I found you! I created an account on Cookpad Spain since that’s my home country, and I cook the way we do there. At first, I made the account just to look up recipes, but since I love baking, I eventually started uploading my own recipes too! Now, I’ve just created an account here in the U.S. to share my cooking with the country I’ve been living in for 10 years and a half. Of course, I also want to learn new recipes, since this is home to people from many different nationalities with amazing culinary traditions.

Trước tiên Minh xin chúc mừng đến đội ngũ Cookpad đã vượt qua nhiều chặng đường của những năm qua đã đưa rất nhiều thành viên đến với Cookpad ngày càng lớn trong cộng đồng trong nước cũng như nước ngoài. Từ ngày đầu Minh tham gia chỉ để thử khả năng của mình, mặc dù trước kia Minh cũng hướng dẫn hay viết vài chỉ dẫn cho các bạn bếp. Nhưng sau tham gia với Cookpad như bén duyên Minh lại tiếp tục đăng bài và nhận được vài sự khích lệ từ những món quà nho nhỏ của Cookpad làm Minh cảm thấy vui. Đôi khi làm biếng đăng bài nhưng cứ mở trang Cookpad lại là một động lực để mình vào bếp và sáng tạo được nhiều hơn. Đó cũng nhờ vào Cookpad mà gian bếp mình lúc nào cũng ấm áp và gia đình được quay quần thưởng thức những món ăn mới lạ. Cám ơn Cookpad rất nhiều. La APP de Cookpad la reviso diariamente y a cada instante, me gusta ver las nuevas recetas que la gente postea y tomar ideas para crear otras nuevas. Me sirve mucho en dos sentidos: para guardar mis propias recetas ya que tengo pésima memoria, y además esta es la forma en que yo expreso mis sentimientos a través de la cocina ! Es a través de ella que muestro el amor por mi familia y amigos. Por tanto Cookpad me permite ambas cosas y de una forma fácil y ordenada y lo mejor que mis amistades me pueden seguir y hacer mis recetas y esa es mi forma de trascender, dejando un poquito de mi en la gente. Gracias al equipo Cookpad

Found myself making better meals with this cookpad. Big tips for anyone not good at cooking like me. Better than 5stars if i could given.

Si eres como yo, que sabe cocinar pero a la hora de hacerlo no sabes que preparar… te recomiendo ampliamente esta aplicación, acá encontrarás una gran variedad de recetas para tu estilo de vida. No sólo encontrarás la receta sino que muchas vienen con el paso a paso con imágenes. Y lo mejor de todo es que es gratis, claro que si compras la suscripción tendrás acceso a recetas premium

I like to add recipes to share and be able to go back and have them all in one place, however I don’t use it to find other recipes, because most of what I see is in a language I don’t speak or know. There isn’t a way for me to convert the recipe to my language (English)…. Therefore I don’t understand the recipe. I am not sure why most of my feed is not English, but I wish there was a version for specific languages, or measurements, and you can choose to search out based on country/language, measurements, etc. rather than it being on your feed automatically. I would like to be able to set my preferences for what I see on my feed. The other option I would like, is something that allows translation. If I want to search a recipe from India for example, I would like to be able to translate it into English, with the measurements I know and use. Having recipes in other languages, and measurements that I’ve never used, doesn’t do anything for me. I am unable to use them or follow them, because I have no idea what they are. Therefore I only post recipes to my app, but I’ve never really used it to find recipes. I do wish it was also more social. There isn’t very much interacting going on between users. Last, not very many people know about the app or use it. I do believe if there was some adjustments, specifically with the language part, more options for member interactions, preference settings, translation opportunities only when you want to use it, and more advertising on social media for the app, there would be more use and more traffic within the app, to make it more appealing and popular to others.

I discovered Cookpad years ago after reading about it in The New York Times. Now all my recipes, which used to be in clippings, scraps, and old notebooks, are all in Cookpad. It’s very easy to find them, edit them (very useful!) and share them.

There’s almost no recipe you CAN’T find on Cookpad. A-Z it’s all there from every single corner of the planet! I’ve been on Cookpad for more than 10 years and it’s like the ultimate living cookbook of the world.

Encuentro las recetas que busco sin complicaciones, todas son simples y tal cual se ve en la foto, de fácil interacción y muy útil. Por más que cambio de teléfono siempre la tengo descargada.
